Our client is a well-established brand in the Cybersecurity industry and they are looking for a passionate and driven
**Client Success Consultant **to join their team in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:
To fulfill this role the individual will need to:

- Manage the budget, timeline, and resources for STAR team security testing engagements.
- Prepare and conduct project kick-off meetings for STAR engagements.
- Be responsible for managing and delivering to client's expectations, and maintain positive client rapport and relationship.
- Provide advice and workaround to deconflict and resolve client-consultant challenges during project delivery.
- Work under pressure and timeline to meet client requirements; prioritization will be essential for this role.
- Present the (overall) project management plan and resource utilization to the internal and client management.
- Work with the Sales, Presales, and/or Security Consultants to ensure end-to-end Pre-Sales to Security Testing workflow.
- Develop processes internally that allow the security testing operations to scale.
- Work with internal teams to develop proposals, and conduct client presentations.
- Keep abreast of the industry and competitors’ trends to develop a unique value proposition for our service offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of work experience (with 1 year spent in managing project and client management).
- Ability to translate technical requirements and terms to clients who are non-technical with a high level of integrity.
- Self-motivated possesses strong interpersonal skills and a keen entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong presentation, negotiation skills, and planning abilities.
- Plus to have relevant cybersecurity certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CREST, or CISSP.
