**Job Description**:

Objective of this Role
- Understand project requirements
- Manage and excel the technical delivery team
- Ensure project timeline is attained

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Execute/run technical projects with the technical team
- Work with the Design UI/UX team, solution architect and lead developer and confirm technical feasibility of design
- Define optimal technical implementation for implementing the solution architecture
- Guide the technical team members and help overcome technical challenges their tasks
- Analyse and design software delivery technical process; based on Agile OR Scrum
- Ensure on time delivery of project milestones
- Ensure all testing done - unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, 4-eyes review etc and ensure good quality deliverables
- Implement adequate testing and review and maintain brand consistency in the delivery as per the design
- Manage the technical team and excel them performing together
- Mentor the team members to excel in their work
- Monitor the team members performance, identify positive traits, areas of improvements; technical & personal and get the team to grow together
- Help maintain the team to be right-sized and right-skilled and manage the project pipeline.
- Identify team ramp up/down in accordance to the pipeline projections

Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in computer science or related field.
- IT Project Leadership/Management certification desirable
- Working knowledge of executing and monitoring projects using tools like Trello, Asana, Clickup etc is desirable
- Implementation of automated review and testing is desirable
- Experience in managing and executing project methodologies with the team
- Project risk identification and mitigation skills
- Hands-on technical expertise; ability debug and identify issues
- Understanding of UI/UX and technical stack
- Self-learner; keep self-updated with emerging technologies
- People management and conflict identification and resolution skills
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills
