**Overall Job Purpose:
Coordinate and control the sub system Handover in a FPSO, dealing and trading with Construction team, Commissioning/ Mechanical Completion team, Engineering Team and HSEQ team. Prepare the handover documents packages for all subsystems and get the handover check list completed by the handover time.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Plans and engages the Commissioning Manager, Construction Manager, Engineering Team, HSEQ team to provide the proper results during the handover process to Operation. Repost straight to Commissioning Manager and Deputy Commissioning Manager
- Operates into Modec Project data bank and Mechanical Completion system assigned for the project.
- Follow up the Marine Mechanical Completions managing the Completion System and clearing the outstanding item, finalizing the Marine system ready for commissioning.
- Commissioning of Marine Systems, Functional test and system certification with Class Society (DNV, ABS, LOYD, BV, etc.) as part of handover process
- Reviews the commissioning deliverables developed such as commissioning execution plan, commissioning core test plan, and PTW/LUN/LOTO procedures, to ensure compliance with the overall commissioning execution plan and project timelines regarding all the Marine and Top Sides system regarding the Handover to Pre-Ops team as part of SOW.
- Participates in meetings with the project team to review progress and addresses interface and handover process issues with client, operation team and Commissioning team.
- Independently deals with regulatory authority, class, vendors and clients with regards to comments or queries on completions engineering deliverables and develops technical/engineering solutions to the issues raised.
- Follow up the planned progress and update the action look ahead together the planning team
- Provides assistance to Commissioning Team during the full handover process
- Leads the handover walkthrough meetings and overall process
- Guides the junior staff to understand the technical and project required functions through discussions or knowledge sharing sessions in the light of the Company’s standards, procedures and engineering requirements.
- Plans and carries out audits of procedures, safety practices and documentation/records on the department and site execution team to ensure compliance, and identify gaps and training enhancement requirements of team members regarding the handover process.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s in Engineering with relevant 5 years + of working experience.
- 5 of relevant working experience in commissioning in oil and gas sector. Comprehensive knowledge on functionality of FPSO.
- Proficient in using & directing the use of Planning tools, Smart Engineering Tools (DESIRABLE), Adobe Acrobat, Company’s online databases and understands the relevant information interface between databases as per department training matrix to utilize them when preparing commissioning deliverables.
- GoCompletion know how is desirable (Mechanical Completion Systems)
