In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.

**Responsibilities**
- Seller risk analyst focuses on Seller's end-to-end payment risk review
- Seller onboarding prior risk control review, credit rating and decision making
- Review fraud and credit risk in the Seller transaction process and make risk control decisions
- Seller Payout risk control audit
- Help improve Seller risk related Review policy and SOP

**Qualifications**
- Have experience in Seller risk transaction risk control review, or related Seller credit review experience
- Able to understand concise financial statements
- Have a certain understanding of risk control policies and SOP, you can supplement or write SOP -Knowledge of Credit Rating Vendors is a plus
- Use Excel and other tools to do risk control data analytics, use SQL /Phython database is a plus
- Strong written and communication skills
- Use Policy language to accurately interpret relevant seller risk policies
- Knowledge of seller risk in the payment industry
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Exploration, problem-solving skills, and initiative
