Company is expanding and looking at enthusiastic individual to join the team as Management Trainee.

The Management Trainee will undergo a 2-4 years (2 years SG, 2 years Overseas) program with the Company.

**Overview of Job Scope (Non Exhaustive)
- Orders fulfillment
- Record, initiate and enter the orders (orders, acceptance, releasing, and special instructions) into the logistics system to ensure existing information are updated for further processing
- Liaise with external customers including hauliers for necessary arrangements and respond to their enquiries & requirements
- Assist Operations Manager to manage depot performance continually, executing job orders given by respective customers
- Assist Operations Manager to develop associates by providing training and coaching of junior staff so an up to date understanding of processes, policies and procedures are maintained
- Assist Operations Manager in all matters relating to the operations efficiency and safe utilisation of depot facilities and equipment to achieve optimum container throughput
- Assist Operations Manager to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including workplace safety, fostering a positive & dynamic team
- Maintain documentation of processes that are followed by the department
- Perform additional tasks as required to meet the department’s needs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
- Pro-active, meticulous with an ‘eye’ for details.
- Good team player with positive work attitude.
- Analytical and systematic.
- Possess leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be bonded for 2-4 years (2 years SG & 2 years Overseas)
