**About Us**:
At _Little Big Preschool_, we believe in nurturing curious, caring, and joyful learners through a safe, clean, and loving environment. We are looking for a dedicated **Cook / Cleaner** who is passionate about maintaining high hygiene standards and preparing healthy, child-friendly meals for our preschoolers.

**Key Responsibilities**:Cooking**
- Prepare and serve daily meals and snacks according to the preschool’s menu, health, and nutrition guidelines
- Ensure meals are age-appropriate, nutritious, and aligned with Health Promotion Board (HPB) guidelines
- Maintain high food hygiene standards in accordance with SFA and ECDA regulations
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the kitchen area, cooking equipment, and utensils
- Plan weekly grocery needs and manage food inventory to reduce waste
- Follow allergen and dietary restriction protocols for individual children as advised

**Cleaning**
- Clean classrooms, toilets, pantry, staff areas, and common spaces daily according to the preschool’s cleaning schedule
- Sanitize frequently touched surfaces, learning materials, and toys as per ECDA guidelines
- Assist with washing and drying of soft furnishings and cleaning cloths
- Support teachers in basic upkeep of the learning environment when needed (e.g., wiping shelves, mopping spills)
- Dispose of rubbish and waste appropriately and ensure cleanliness of outdoor play areas

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role in a preschool, childcare, or healthcare setting preferred
- Basic food hygiene certification (WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1) required or willingness to obtain it
- Physically fit, responsible, and able to manage cleaning duties independently
- Able to communicate in basic English or Mandarin
- Good time management and positive work attitude
- Passion for working in an environment with young children
