**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated teachers for English, Chinese, Math, and Science to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one, one-on-two, and group classes, adapting teaching methods to engage and support students with diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Develop detailed lesson plans, outlining objectives, instructional methods, activities, and assessments tailored to each class.
- Design and administer quizzes, tests, and projects to evaluate student progress effectively.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work and assign grades.
- Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages learning and participation.
- Stay updated with educational research, best practices, and new teaching technologies through continuous professional development.
- Maintain open and regular communication with course consultants regarding student progress, behavior, and concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance the overall learning experience and support students with diverse needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with young learners.
- A collaborative approach, working effectively with the professional development team and engaging students.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience teaching primary school and kindergarten students.
- Ability to create customized lesson plans that cater to students' varying needs.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (as most of our clients are from China).
