**About This Role**:
As a Multimedia Designer (Motion and graphic designer), your main scope entails the management and execution of all multimedia graphic works by studying relevant information and materials for our mobile app-related brands e.g. Video Editor, AI Photo Editor, and Downloader apps. Working with the APAC Marketing team based in Singapore to visualise campaigns/marketing strategies that effectively engage our users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualise and execute motion graphics, as well as graphic design for mainly digital online purposes (e.g social media, app store screenshots, digital banners, website).
- Work with marketing and creative teams to strategize and create content ideas and action plans with workable budgets, media, executable content plans and realistic timetable in advance for brand awareness and conversion purposes.
- You will be responsible for maintaining high quality graphic standards for the brands.
- Execute graphic adaptation across marketing channels/APAC markets
- Device creative/visual strategies and strive for maximum user engagement and interaction
- You will be reporting to our Senior Marketing Designer (APAC) based in Singapore and leading major video/design related projects for the Indonesian market.

**Requirements**:

- A high proficiency in English and Indonesian (written/spoken)
- At least a Diploma in Art/Design/Creative fields, with 1-3 years of relevant working experience and portfolio.
- Understanding of marketing trends, website design, corporate identity, product branding, advertisements, and social media design.
- High proficiency in Adobe creative suite, especially in Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as After Effects
- Familiar with mobile video editing apps (e.g VN, CapCut, InShot)
- Strong communication - ability to speak and liaise with marketing team and product team abroad
- Any prior in-house working experience with a brand would be preferred
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Personal devices that support executing the above mentioned work, including but not limited to Windows/MacOS devices and an Android device.

- Working with regional teams of people in Singapore, China, Indonesia, India and future overseas offices
