We’re looking for someone energetic, proactive and meticulous to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our delivery operations. If you love delighting customers, take complete ownership of your duties, and strive for excellence, we want to hear from you.

**You will**:

- Work up to 44 hours a week / 6 days a week.
- Deliver food for non catering buffet orders (door-to-door service).
- Deliver and collect food, equipment, and personnel for catering events.
- Ensure timely and reliable fulfilment of all deliveries and pickups.
- Communicate with customers professionally, politely, and clearly.
- Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy in performing job duties: ensure correct items are picked up and delivered to the correct address and recipient.
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
- Maintain a zero-defect rate monthly.
- Achieve > 98 % on punctuality.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
