**ERP Manager**

As an ERP Specialist/Manager, you will lead the development and optimization of solutions within the ERP system, addressing diverse factory and operational needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, outline functional solutions, and implement innovative systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Collect, identify, and develop user requirements with a user centric approach
- Being adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality
- Developing dashboards and reports to visualize and represent data in meaningful way
- Identify process improvements within the IT solution(s) and align with the business partner
- Manage the KPI and reporting framework to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the program
- Drive and own business capability roadmap for commercial functions
- Ensure excellent Stakeholder Management and business partnering through defined SLAs
- Ensure that the components and systems are standardized (template), available, stable, and secure (incl. lifecycle)
- Establish & manage a fully functioning multi-sourced service support team with a customer-centric support approach across multiple locations, focused on service availability and performance
- Process: Lead and improve the current system build, define best practices through the current solution and contribute to the definition of the Centre of Excellence methodology
- Manage and transition towards outsourced services - contract review, regular SLA check, upgrades, and maintenance windows, coordinate different resources during projects and manage escalation processes
- Manage identified IT Security and Information Risk Management tasks and observations and solve them.
- Ensure compliance of relevant systems/components operation and maintenance during their operational life
