**The Role**:
You will be part of the Experience team. The Experience team believes in innovating and pushing the boundaries of experience design. They research, review, iterate and develop meaningful interactions between the client’s product and its intended users. The team is made up of Researchers, Product Managers, UX Designers, UI Designers and Developers.

As a UX Designer & Researcher, you will hold a hybrid role with priority placed on UX Research. Upon downtime of research tasks, you will spend your time on exploring design solutions supporting the transition of the projects from discovery to design. Upon the potential solutions ready to tested, you will support the Usability Testing of the designs and the synthesis of the outcomes.

**Skills & Responsibilities**:
As a UX Designer
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes for web, mobile web and app interfaces
- Execution of project with UI designers and developers to create an effective and visually aesthetic product
- Present and defend your UX solutions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and research (both quantitative and qualitative)

As a UX Researcher
- Work as part of a team to create meaningful digital experiences that achieve business objectives
- Organise workshop, user research, and usability testing, ensuring the best methods are selected for each project and client
- Unpack consumer insights, iterating on content in a data-driven process
- Understand target users deeply: develop or work from personas and conduct task analysis

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a professional UX research role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient level in a variety of design and prototyping tools.
- Up to date knowledge of user-centered design thinking concept and best practices
- A strong portfolio which showcases your ability and design thinking knowledge with a range of clients
- Strong team and project management skills
