**Job Scopes**
- Accounts receivables functions, issuing of invoices to clients, receipt of client payments, handling sales agents query and commission payments to agents.
- Accounts payable functions, Check and verify vendors invoices is accurate and fulfilled before keying into accounting system.
- Assist in month end closing duties will be involved in full set of accounts.
- Processing claims, payment vouchers and staff reimbursement.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Learning Outcomes and Objectives**
- To acquire accurate and thorough basic accounting skills.
- To be equipped with excel. MYOB accounting software and Odoo CRM software.
- To learn how to reconcile payment receipt trail to vendors/customers.
- To gain effective organizational and resource management skills.

**Requirements**:

- Currently studying a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking/Business or equivalent
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis
- Positive working attitude, proactive, flexible, and willing to learn
- Capable of performing in fast-paced environment
- Highly flexible to handle multi-task, quick-learner and able to work under pressure

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
