**Marketing Manager (Paid Media), Singapore**
As a Marketing Manager (Paid Media) supporting our client - one of the largest technology brands, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping to shape and execute the online marketing strategies and develop and optimise highly-effective direct response campaigns for your client.
Your primary focus will be creating engaging digital marketing strategies for our client and their target market. You will work across our client's products in APAC to deliver methodological and intelligent campaign performance insight reports. It’s imperative to be a self-starter, dynamic with a can-do attitude. This opportunity would suit someone knowledgeable and skilled in paid media.
**Role**:
- Manage regional digital marketing projects in partnership with media agencies
- Work closely with Product Marketing Managers to help achieve their goals and partner with media agencies to run successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with global and regional cross-functional stakeholders to develop lasting and scalable digital media solutions
- Analyse, review and present performance reports to stakeholders and recommend growth areas for the business.
- Support communication between internal and external stakeholders
**You**:
- 5+ years of experience in driving performance media with hands-on knowledge of Search, Display and Social performance marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of effectively creating, executing and continually optimising successful direct response campaigns
- Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data. Comfortable speaking about and presenting data in an actionable manner.
- Demonstrate the ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI
- Exceptional ability to communicate cross-functionally within a highly energetic team
- Comfortable working independently and dealing with ambiguity
- Proactive, disciplined, organised, self-starter and highly motivated
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
