**Responsibilities**:
*
- Support and troubleshoot on OT systems i.e. MES system, PCS system etc
- Support projects related to all infrastructure components data center consolidation, migration, collocation, network upgrade, expansion or move to cloud based solution adoption etc
- Coordinate and support IT network infrastructure, software and hardware system packages
- Responsible for IT infrastructure set up and GMP qualification for biopharma
- Ensure projects stays within the confines of the time restraints
- Responsible for overseeing continual programming of IT services
- Advising on software or hardware upgrades
- Any other duties as assigned

**About you**:
*
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Specialized Certification in computer science/IT or related with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Has a strong background and experience in IT infrastructure
- Having working knowledge on OT systems (i.e. MES system (Syncade), PCS system, etc) is advantageous.
- Experience working in pharma / GMP environment is preferred.
- Proven track record and experience in supporting IT computer network infrastructure and software project management
- Well versed in network infrastructure, software, hardware systems, IT operations, data storage system migration, project management.
- Familiar with hardware servers, computers, data centers, switches, hubs and routers, software ERP and network administrator etc.
- Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
