**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a **Cyber Security Operations Senior Engineer **to support and ensure all the systems up and running securely.

**Cyber Security Operations Senior Engineer
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor day-to-day security system dashboard
- Work with various IT team to collate vulnerability data for the company
- Co-ordinate with various IT team to drive vulnerability remediation. Actively engages with various internal stakeholders including IT and business
- Collaborates with IT Service teams to determine reporting and metrics needs and share and present reporting and metrics to Cybersecurity and IT Leadership
- Collect evidence of compliance to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Develop and lead on-site security operations and vulnerability remediation efforts across Dole group
- Point of contact for security issues that occur, incident commander in event of an issue. Participate in threat hunts
- Subject matter expert for all security control and related process areas.
- Develop strategies for improving cyber security process and technology
- Analyze and oversight of scheduling and staffing requirements for area of responsibility
- Support program managers and facilitate security project deliverables; devise security strategies, achieve financial targets, improve the overall operational security.
- Manage and coordinate development of cybersecurity eLearning or instructor-led training courses and materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with regional IT leads to organize the resources to deliver course content.
- Maintain course schedules in training catalog and track attendees.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a role supporting security programs and security operation in complex enterprise environments.
- Bachelor-level university degree in a relevant field from an accredited university, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with TCP/IP and data packet capture analysis, networking fundamentals, common network services, network vulnerabilities and network attack patterns
- Practical working expertise on the key security technologies
- Experience with identity management principles and technology
- Experience with system administration, scripting, log parsing, vulnerability assessments, and vulnerability management
- Expert level experience in evaluating and assessing security threats across a variety of environments and industries
