- Responsible for the audit planning, driving the audit methodology/ framework/ approach/ guidance /practices and quality review to ensure the IA function are aligned with the industry best practices and the expectations of the stakeholders.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design, review, and/ or implement effective audit methodology, strategies and practices Drive and establish the annual audit plan Drive Quality Assurance & Improvement Programme (QAIP) Design and implement strategies or initiatives to support the Bank and Group Audit’s objectives or goals (incl. cost management, resource optimization, risk reporting) Secretariat functions for Malayan Banking Singapore and Maybank Singapore Limited IAC Submission of audit papers to the ACB, Management and Head Office Overall responsible for management of the audit database and audit issue tracking and reporting Manage the requirements of outsourcing guidelines
