**Make an Impact by**:

- To understand the commission scheme and seek clarification from the Sales Teams if details provided in approval paper are unclear or has missing information
- To ensure operation processes are completed within timeline and commissions are paid in accordance to commission schemes
- To verify, investigate, analyse root causes and resolve disputes / claims raised by Internal / External sales parties
- To liaise with Sales, Finance, Sales Partners and Other Support Teams in clarifying / processing sales claims
- To update and maintain all pay out records, master data files and perform regular backups
- To ensure proper documentation and housekeeping of operation processes & procedures
- To participate in UAT to support new / revised commission schemes or any other changes
- Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by manager

**Skills for Success**:

- Diploma in Industry Engineering/Data Analysis/Business and Process Engineering/IT or any relevant fields
- Proficient Ms Excel
- Proficient in Ms Word
- Meticulous
