**Automation Sales Engineer**:
**We’re Hiring: Automation Sales Engineer - Electronics, Assembly & Test Segment**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and convert new business opportunities in the Electronics and A&T segments
- Engage with OEMs, system integrators, and end users to influence specification of Festo solutions
- Present technical solutions and articulate the commercial value to customers
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, supply chain) to deliver solutions
- Manage opportunity pipelines via CRM and meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Proactively seek feedback to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes
- Contribute to digital and hybrid sales engagement strategies

***Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Process Engineering
- Postgraduate qualifications in Business or Technical Sales are a plus
- **3-4 years of relevant business experience** in technical/solution-based sales
- Familiarity with Festo products is an advantage
