Roles & Responsibilites
- Directly influence and contribute to Shinryo Group of Company Procurement Department.
- Facilitate and Coordinate with Global Strategy Plans.
- Supporting Tender Department bid and sales activities
- Manage suppliers / subcontractors risk and drive commercial development and implementation of global and regional procurement activities.
- To Provide guidance for local and regional supplier relationship management.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
- Handling multiple all group of Companys' projects concurrently
- Process improvement and risk management - identifying gaps and opportunities
- Identify project delivery risks and potential opportunities for the business
- Supports Shinryo's Group of Companies in development and implementation of global and regional Procurement goals and objectives
- Build category governance models to establish highly integrated ways of working with key business units across regions
- Responsible for achieving a defined set of corporate and procurement objectives - most notably for savings delivery, supplier risk and process improvement
- Assure alignment between Procurement, Business Unit and Corporate Goals
- Represent assigned categories and geographies at global and regional levels
- Develop and deploy an effective strategy to increase Teva’s ability to leverage volume globally, regionally and locally.
- Experience working in a global organization desired
- Minimum of 7 years in a contract administration or sourcing role
- Demonstrated ability to achieve savings targets
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and within budget
- Personnel management experience or potential
