**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning & Execution**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the organization’s overall business goals.
- Translate high-level strategies into actionable marketing plans to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
**Budget Management**
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor and report on marketing spend to ensure financial accountability.
**Team Leadership**
- Lead, motivate, and manage a marketing team of 3-10 members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality work, meets deadlines, and aligns with strategic goals.
**Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Partner with sales, product management, and the central marketing team to ensure alignment and buy-in for marketing initiatives.
- Maximize resources and maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams.
**Sales Enablement**
- Develop marketing collateral and content to support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
- Ensure materials are tailored to target audience needs and aligned with the buyer’s journey.
**Campaign Management**
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting specific market segments.
**Content Marketing**
- Create and oversee the production of thought leadership pieces, blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and videos to engage and educate the target audience.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the audience.
**Digital Marketing**
- Oversee the infrastructure section of the website through the central marketing team, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Expand and maintain a strong presence across digital platforms, including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
**Technical Alignment**
- Ensure seamless collaboration between sales and marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to streamline operations and enhance effectiveness.
**Marketing Analytics**
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), conversions, attribution, and pipeline growth.Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
**Marketing Manager Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong track record in team management and campaign execution.

- Knowledge of Singapore Market Segment.

- Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.
