Business Analyst

He/She will have deep analytical skills and will be comfortable working with stakeholders to create meaningful stories from the data and will be organizing data to build appropriate visualizations with actionable insights to business stakeholders.

As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business partners plus growth, supply and tech teams to solve sophisticated and high impact problems using Excel, BI tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather information on key business components pertaining to technology and processes that impact business performance (e.g. sales) and data fragmentation.
- Run statistical analysis to test hypotheses and forecasts through ready tools or bespoke software.
- Making meaningful correlations and logical insights from data trends and provide forecasting.
- Work with Growth team to create the right data structures for reporting purposes.
- Take an analytical and evidence-led approach to E-Planning; own demand forecasting process and represent E-commerce in Demand planning forums; maintain forward forecast by Brand / Brand Segment at SKU level.
- Engage multiple internal touch points, particularly Trade Marketing Finance and Supply Services to give desired visibility of E-commerce operation.
- Work with Supply and external partners for any physical bundling & embellishment requirements, maintaining desired mix of Bundle and Base portfolio.
- Liaison with Finance for P&L related processes such as spend forecasting, accruals, claims etc.
- Cross team collaboration with team members and business stakeholders to understand their business problems and answer those problems with data.
- Create analysis and data models proactively, using available data to identify meaningful relationships, patterns, anomalies and trends.
- Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards that can communicate the right KPIs to business and provide insights at scale.
- Strong budget monitoring ensuring that key media spends are captured & aligned with targets and any over/under spends are anticipated.
- Communicate complex ideas based on data analysis in clear and concise manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business or Computer Science
- Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to pull from many different data sources and provide insights on that data.
- Minimum 2+ years of analytics experience working with a data analyst.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with BI tools like Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI, etc.
- Ability to analyse data and build models in Excel is required.
