**MNC - medical product assembly manufacturing line (hiring for Q1 23)
- Understand, evaluate and improve manufacturing processes using various lean methods and continuous improvement tools
- Conduct time-studies to quanify and recommend improvement in operating performance
- Using statistical tools and methods to determine roots causes of failures and implement changes to optimize processes
- Revisit equipment or shopfloor layout to optimize production work flows
- Collate, analyze, summarize and report findings
- Ensure lean manufacturing implementation does not comprise manufacturing quality, reliability and cost-effectiveness
- Ownership and accountable for CAPA activities including change requests
- Iniitiate, coordinate and oversee CI activities for new manufacturing introduction and follow up with relevant documentation for new process or engineering procedures
- Perform and document process validation including IQ, OQ and PQ
- Develop testing methods and validate process requirement
- Train production personnel in new or existing procedures
**Requirement**
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
- 5 years of working experience driving process engineering in a shopfloor / assembly manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies and tools such as Lean, Kaizen, Kanban
- Hands on in using process and analytical tools such as SPC, 8D, DOE, FMEA, Fish bone
- Familiar with ISO13485
- SAP and MES knowledge would be a plus
