**Our Client**:
Our client is a real estate company based in Singapore, involved in property development and investment projects. They are actively looking to hire a FP&A Analyst to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:
Finance
- Responsible for monthly accounting, cash flow projections, and management reporting, which includes performing variance analysis and preparing commentaries
- Collaborate closely with other finance teams from different business units, monitoring their monthly performance, and producing pertinent management reports for internal review
- Develop and optimize group FP&A processes, financial modeling, and related systems to enhance efficiency
- Participate in the year-end audit process, engaging in valuation and impairment test exercises
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for management and key stakeholders

Sustainability
- Provide support for both internal and external audits, sustainability reporting, and other reporting obligations
- Gather and analyze data pertaining to the company's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance and impact
- Ensure the company's sustainability reporting adheres to relevant regulations and standards, such as GRI, Carbon Disclosure Project, TCFD, ISSB, and SGX requirements for listed companies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in sustainability impact measurement, reporting, and disclosures
- Spearhead sustainability enhancement initiatives and engage in stakeholder outreach and engagement programs

**The Requirements**:

- Proficiency in financial analysis techniques, budgeting, forecasting, accounting principles, and financial modeling is essential
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks is highly advantageous
- Creative self-starter with an outgoing personality who also excels as a team player
- Excellent data sourcing and analysis capabilities are a must
- Strong communication and writing skills are required for effective collaboration
- University degree in a related discipline, such as accountancy, business, data analytics, statistics, sustainability, environment, or social science is preferred
