Our Singapore office is currently seeking a Technology Analyst who will collaborate with our Asia Pacific IT and global infrastructure teams to provide end-user, server, and network technical support. They will also execute project tasks as required to deliver technology and process improvement solutions that add value to Sony Pictures Entertainment’s businesses.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Infrastructure and Technology and working closely with regional and global infrastructure teams, this position will support Sony Pictures users in Singapore and across the APAC region. It will also support server, storage, and network infrastructure and participate in local and regional IT projects.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- ** End-User Support Role**
- Provide end-user training for new users or new software in both one-on-one and group settings
- ** IT Administration Role**
- Ensure all problems and requests are ticketed and tracked from start to resolution
- Manage and maintain physical IT assets and their records correctly
- Procure IT equipment using standard company processes and track payments to vendors
- ** Server Operation Role**
- Install, configure, maintain, and monitor servers, storage, and network equipment as required by local, regional, and global IT teams
- Maintain and monitor backups to ensure business critical data is protected and may be restored if needed
- ** Project Member Role**
- Participate in local, regional, and global IT infrastructure projects to ensure projects are delivered successfully (occasional travel may be required)
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
- Typically more than 3 years’ experience in IT department or related field
- Technology expertise:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 operating system
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Basic knowledge of macOS operating system
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and VMware vSphere
- Experience in an IT customer-facing role
- Ability to provide relevant troubleshooting data to regional and global teams when needed through proficient use of network and operating system command line tools
- Experience in working effectively as part of an international team
- Desire and ability to work across several technologies
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation
- Quick learner with ability to work under limited supervision and seek assistance where necessary
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when required
