**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, NLP, or computer vision tasks.
- Clean, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with data scientists to build and tune ML models.
- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Deploy ML models in production using APIs, containers, or cloud-based platforms.
- Monitor model performance and retrain as needed.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Document processes, model architectures, and experiments.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
- Experience with data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
- Experience with deploying models using Docker, Flask/FastAPI, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD practices, and ML lifecycle tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow).
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Exposure to real-time data processing (Kafka, Spark, etc.).
