Singapore BLOSSOM SEEDS LIMITED Full time

**Duties**:

- Support and conduct programs and services of the AAC which includes Active Ageing Programs, Befriending and Buddying Programs and Information and Referral services.
- Adhere to Governance and Blossom Seeds policies and guidelines. And promote Blossom Seeds Vision, Mission and Values in AAC’s daily operations
- Engage Community Partners to build effective and sustainable partnerships with them to serve the needs of the seniors.
- Oversee the Befriending Programme
- Recruit, Guide and Manage volunteers for Befriending.
- Oversee the reporting and collection of data, planning and evaluation of the Befriending Programme
- Any other duties as may be assigned.

Pre-requisites:

- Passionate about working with seniors and volunteers.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good organising and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Related qualification in working with the elderly or in the social service sector, would be an advantage.
