**We are looking for a fluent Burmese speaker to join our dynamic team As a Part-Time Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting Myanmar patients who require assistance during their visits to hospitals in Singapore.**

**Medical Assistance**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as call the clinic to make an appointment, patient's enquiries and scheduling.
- Accompany Myanmar patients to appointments at hospitals and assist them in communicating with doctors and other medical staff.
- Ensure the comfort and needs of patients are met during their visits.
- Arrange in
- and out-patient treatment globally. Ensure proper communication with all stakeholders: members, next-of-kin, brokers, HR, providers, etc.
- Provide travel assistance and arrange concierge services: hotels, car transfers
- Provide assistance to seniors on monitoring programs
- Provide operational support for growing Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations

**Job requirements**:

- Speak and write fluent and accurate Burmese

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 30 per week
