**Responsibilities**
- Identify and evaluate targeted market area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Identify potential clients and decision makers and develop and implement strategic sale plan
- Focus on bringing new business to the company
- Achieve sales target set by the company
- Participate in pricing the solution/ services
- Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
- Provide innovative business solutions to potential clients
- Maintain excellent client relationship with all existing and potential clients
- Work with operations team to deliver the required solutions/ services
- Track and submit weekly progress activities and reports
- Ensure service standards and other expectations are met or exceeded

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a diploma or degree in any discipline
- At least 4 years of proven track record in sales and business development
- Must be fluent in spoken and written Korean language
- High work commitment and leadership quality
- Proactive, customer oriented and responsible self-starter
- Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and difficult situations
- Good in people management and product knowledge
- Good presentation, marketing and sales management skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service and account management skills
- Strong drive to develop business
- Commercially astute with capability to strategize for profitability and growth
