**Job Title: Field Engineer**

Job Role Summary

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Manage lubricant and grease plant projects development & execution, implement safe engineering practices, initiatives implementation and support engineering programs to enhance profit & sustain operational excellence
- Develop scope, cost and supporting economics for projects as part of annual Planning & Budgeting (P&B)
- Prepare the project budget summary, procurement requisition and job description. Partner with the procurement function to complete project contract
- Identify and assist in the implementation of innovative processes, technologies, and system to achieve and sustain a level of competitive advantage in asset utilization
- Provide direct technical support and guidance to the facilities (lubricant & grease plant) including direct Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) participation, shutdown / commissioning activities and training on new equipment / installations.
- Responsible for maintaining performance, budget, schedule and close out of projects and effective turn-over with Operations
- Ensure that all engineering activities are in compliance with existing regulatory requirements, codes, and standards
- As the liaison with Global Technical Engineers / Zone Process Control Systems Engineers and site focal point for global initiative
**What You Should Have**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably 2 years or more of working experience in project management
- Working knowledge on process and/or construction engineering
- Experience in process and/or construction engineering, in the oil & gas/petrochemical industry, and familiarity with Brand and Product Integrity management System (BPIMS)/ISO 9001:2000 guidelines and requirements will be an added advantage
