**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the supply chain network and maps
- Provide strategic leadership and mentoring to the team members, maximize their development and drive clear succession plans
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
- Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee materials and inventory management
- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse/logistics.
- Knowledge of transportation/warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
