HIRING CONDO CLEANER

Start work immediately

PWM bonus + Incentive + CNY Ang Pao + Medical Benefits

Pay twice a month

Salary range from $1600-$2000 (lower for foreigners due to levy, higher for LTVPH)

**Job Scope**:

- **1. Rubbish Collector - to clear rubbish and recycling item, to wash bin chute and litters bin. Any ad hoc duty assigned by supervisor or operation manager.
- **2. Block Cleaner - to clean the block common corridor area, staircase area, lift lobbies including of lift car, to empty the litters bin. Any ad hoc duty assigned by supervisor or operation manager.
- **3. Compound Cleaner - to sweep the compound and carpark area, to clean the BBQ Pit area. Any ad hoc duty assigned by supervisor or operation manager.
- **4. Toilet Cleaner - to clean the toilet, lift lobbies and office area. Ensure the litters bin is empty and top up the toiletories as and when necessary. Any ad hoc duty assigned by supervisor or operation manager.
- **5. Clubhouse Cleaner - To clean the facilities area (gym room, function room, BBQ Pit area, management office and etc), to wash the toilet and ensure swimming pool furniture is well upkeep. Any ad hoc duty assigned by supervisor or operation manager.
- Working Hours

Monday - Saturday 8am-5pm

1h lunch break, 2x 20mins tea break daily

44h work a week, OT is 1.5x rate
