**Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day operations of the cafe.
- Take orders, cashiering, attending to customers.
- Housekeeping of the cafe premise.

Skills & Competencies
- To learn how to communicate relevant information clearly and effectively in oral communication while engaging with customers. Individuals would be able to handle service challenges such as customer complaints and feedback in a positive manner.
- Gain experience in point-of-sale systems, payments processing and record keeping.
- Able to follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures. The individual would be able to cultivate a high food and beverage standard environment.
- Able to contribute to customer service over various platforms, and respond to and interact with customers. The individual would be able to project a positive and professional image and go-the-extra-mile service the guests.

Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $8.00 - $8.50 per hour
