The **carpenter **is responsible for the carpentry work in the hotel’s fixtures and furniture.

**Our Expectations**:

- Conduct repair work for all fixture and furniture, ensures furniture are upkept properly to prolong the fixture/furniture.
- Cut and shape structures to construct or fix cabinets.
- Asses the quality of woodwork and materials.
- Use various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects.
- Ensure the accuracy of work by checking completed projects with tools such as levels, surveying equipment and corrects problems as needed.
- Measure, mark, and arrange materials to established layout based on blueprints or instructions from Duty Engineer.
- Report any faults and renders assistance as and when required by department head / hotel management.
- Inform the Duty Engineer when the necessary tools and material are low in stock and to replenishes in time.
- Ensure and protect hotel’s properties, facilities, equipment etc. are kept in good working condition thereby protecting its long-term investment value.
- Comply with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.

We are looking for a self-motivated Carpenter with excellent mechanical skills. You should have an eye for detail and dexterity to work on intricate parts as well as good problem-solving skills. If you have at least three years of related experience in carpentry, write in to have a chat with us
