**Project Manager (Brand Operations)**

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to champion brand consistency across our tech client’s APAC go-to-market (GTM) activations. You'll be the guardian of our client’s brand, ensuring that every campaign, event, and piece of content aligns with their brand guidelines and messaging. If you're passionate about AI, possess exceptional project management skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

Role:

- Champion brand consistency: Ensure all GTM activities across APAC adhere to our brand guidelines and messaging.
- Manage brand review process: Scrutinize brand-related content (e.g., website copy, social media posts, presentations) to ensure alignment with guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams: Work closely with product marketing to maintain a GTM activity calendar for leadership visibility.
- Maintain playbooks: Stay updated on brand changes and ensure regional playbooks reflect the latest, collaborating with agencies on collateral updates.
- Stay informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer needs in APAC.
- Foster relationships: Build strong relationships with key partners and agencies across the region.
- Manage projects: Deliver projects on time and within budget, adapting to changing deadlines and priorities.
- Communicate effectively: Provide clear and concise communication to global and local stakeholders.

You:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house capacity working in a technology or entertainment company in project management
- Passionate about AI: possess a strong understanding of industry trends.
- Adaptable: Able to manage ambiguity and thrive in a constantly changing environment.
- Project management expert: Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communicator: Able to create clarity, provide clear instructions, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning across APAC.
