Our Client is a Japanese Hotel Group. The role of Sales Marketing Assistant(Japanese Language/Part-time) is responsible for all of the tasks related to Sales and Marketing. You will mainly be working from home 3 days a week, 5-7 hours a day but you have the flexibility to work based on your preferred timing.
You will be reporting to the Manager.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Manage and create marketing collateral for marketing and social media campaigns (Own Marketing Collaterals and managing SNS)
- Formulate and ensure delivery of impactful digital marketing campaigns to create awareness. (Using SEO/SEM/Google AdWords, etc)
- Maintain and secure the company's database
- Respond to inquiries from clients and HQ
- Arrange meetings with travel agencies in Singapore and others SEA countries(including some European countries)
- Introduce group hotels in a trade show
- ** Requirement**:

- Willing to work as a part-timer
- Familiar with SNS/Social Media(Instagram, Facebook posting)
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing is highly preferred (Google Analytics)
- Able to read/write Japanese (around JLPT N2) in order to liaise with Japan Head Office for marketing design and etc.
- Responsible, cheerful, independent, and efficient person.
