**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models, including large language models (LLMs) and other machine learning algorithms.
- Implement end-to-end solutions from data preprocessing to model deployment in production environments.
- Utilize cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) for model training and deployment.
- Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
- Stay updated of the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI.
- Lead research initiatives to explore new methodologies and technologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in reputable journals or conferences.
