**Tasks and Responsibilities**

1. Lead SAP BPC/BW/BO user engagement, solutioning and oversight for support
- Play an active role in driving key business users/process owners on reporting requirements (including dashboards) and evaluating best fit for delivery
- Lead the functional and technical feasibility of BPC/BW/BO to solve business problems and needs
- Oversee the solutioning on integration with data warehouse and visualization tools focusing on SAP BW
- Oversee the support on the planning and consolidation functions in SAP BPC
- Manage Outsourced Service Providers to ensure SLA performance, quality of work and adherence to Group IT policies and guidelines, e.g., Application support and Service desk support

2. Planning and Management of Enterprise Integration
- Determine and plan the strategy and right solutions for all our system-to-system interfaces, across multiple projects. To review and endorse the architecture solution for integration in all projects and to ensure proper documentation on interfaces are available.
- Lead the delivery of the required systems integration solutions for a new business solution replacement and platform change, ensuring continuity and security of the systems, data, and business services during the conversion.
- Responsible for optimizing the performance of interfaces between systems to achieve highest reliability.
- Setup a good operational cadence to better monitoring and reduce/eliminate failures.
- To coordinate different teams in troubleshooting any interface issues to minimize impact to business users and proactively seek opportunities to develop preventative measures to avoid recurrence.
- To have strong knowledge on the enterprise integration tools and ensure right settings and proper management of the tools.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on best practices in integration design and development.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a Technical Leadership position
- Minimum 5 years of experience on full project implementation cycles and support
- Experience working on SAP BPC, SAP BW and SAP BOBJ
- Extensive knowledge and experience on middleware
- Experience in integration between enterprise systems - both on-premise and on cloud
- Relevant SAP, Cloud, Agile, Cybersecurity certificates are a plus
- Demonstrate aptitude and interest in picking up new technical skills set and emerging technology
- Good communication and good presentation skills
