**ROLE**

Senior Account Directors are essential leaders of our account teams who orchestrate the rest of the team to move in tandem. You will be responsible for day-to-day leadership on the business(es) you work on, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency at every step of the way. We are looking for someone who can set the pace and standard of the account, and ultimately be responsible for championing and delivering the work alongside Strategy, Creative and Production leads.

As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and maintaining client satisfaction. You will need to be a trusted go-to for them, deeply understand their business, and also act as the brand champion within the agency.

As a senior member of the account team, you will also have the privilege to mentor and train juniors on the team to enable them to grow and succeed in their roles. You will be accountable for account revenue growth and profitability.

**EXPERIENCE**
- 6-8 years of experience in a creative agency or similar
- Relevant experience on complex client structures and international brands, with past experience building and owning mid level to senior client relationships
- Relevant experience handling complex integrated and social campaigns, working nimbly and efficiently to manage multiple projects with various internal and external stakeholders
- Financial management of large scale accounts, including revenue, profitability, and forecasting
- Developing project and pitch proposals, including scoping fees, assembling teams and defining workflow processes
- Experience training and mentoring direct reports, with responsibility for nurturing their career development and growth
- Leading and managing multi-disciplined teams, both internally and externally, with agency partners including media, data, platforms
- Building presentation decks and collaborating with the team to craft clear and compelling creative sell-ins
- Actively driving the creative output of accounts/projects to deliver on the overall account plan

**DEPARTMENT**

- Help contribute to and develop agency process when appropriate
