**Who We Are Looking For?**

Responsible for all supply chain planning and other related responsibilities - which may include supply planning, inventory management, in-store-availability, order fulfilment, data analysis throughout order fulfillment process - for our growing ecommerce business and to operate in accordance to Group’s Retail Operation Standards.

**What Awaits You**:
1. Coordinate with logistic partners to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of all orders

2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with last mile partners as point of contact for operational matters

3. Monitor delivery performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform regular check / feedback to drive improvements

4. Monitor order fulfillment progress, track shipments, and proactively identify and resolve any delivery-related issues or delays promptly with relevant departments

5. Optimize shipping methods for import brands, negotiate rates and explore opportunities for process improvement (process digitalization) and cost savings. 6. Ensure inventory data integrity across systems within the entire online order fulfillment process 7. Oversee pre & post-delivery issues and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including customer service, warehouse operations, ecommerce teams to ensure all refund/return inventory SOP is adhered to. 8. Liaise seamlessly with key teams internally - may include financial, marketing commercial, IT, logistics, also external 3PL provider and suppliers - throughout to provide timely replenishment and planning actions/insights for all sales promotions events.

9. Reconcile inventory as needed across various online marketplaces

10. Participate/Initiate in regular meetings with delivery partners to discuss performance, address concerns and align on strategic initiatives.

11. Support in Supply chain planning and as when required by team

12. Participate in special projects - with in-function & cross-functional teams
- and provide leadership and expertise when called for.

**We Are Excited About You If You Have**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree; preferably with specialization in the area of Supply Chain, Operation Research, or other quantitative business discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years on supply chain planning work experience preferably within FMCG or Retail vertical; held online related supply chain roles would be very helpful.
- Fresh graduates may be considered if clear evidence on potential is assessed during job interviews.
- Must have ability to collaborate effectively, work cross functionally, build relationships and excel in a team environment
- Analytical, solid on role ownership and both process and result oriented,
- Self-driven, organized and able to work long hours especially under tight deadline situation
- Possess positive work attitude, able to operate independently and multi-task even under tight deadline
- Comprehensive understanding of how supply chain works and associated risk necessary
- Proficient in use of quantitative methods to analyse situations and solve business problems
- Proficiency with MS Office required, intermediate MS Excel required; advanced Excel helpful
- Familiar with ERP system and data visualization software
- Experience with RPA, SLIM4 Forecasting App will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Business acumen/sound judgment essential
