As a supervisor you are expected to serve guest in a friendly and efficient manner. You are also expected to have extensive knowledge about our Menu, be able to assist and act as a secondary to cover barista duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily f & b operations eg. - Serving, taking orders etc. Prepare, set-up and maintain cleanliness during service.
Maintain high quality and consistent product standards by following company drink recipes and procedure.
Respond to guests’ requests, make knowledgeable and appropriate recommendations on food and beverage.
Ensure restaurant area, tables and chairs, equipment and plates ware are kept clean.
Ensure day to day operations function efficiently and smoothly.
Perform all other duties as and when assigned by Manager.
Experiences in omakase/fine dining settings are a strong plus.
Key Requirements:
Pleasant disposition, enthusiastic and self-motivated Independent worker and yet able to work effectively in a team environment.
Openess to learn.
Friendly, attentive and confident
Communicates well in English
Service oriented, willing to learn, well-groomed
Whole bean knowledge, coffee blends, tea products, bakery items, coffee brewing, and blended products would be a plus.
