**Overview:
The Operations Manager for MIJ HUB LTD plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the school's day-to-day operations. **Responsibilities:
**1. Facilities Management**:
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of school facilities, ensuring they are safe and accessible for students with special needs.
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and upgrades to accommodate the unique requirements of special education programs.
**2. Resource Allocation**:
- Manage and allocate resources such as budget, materials, and equipment to support the various programs within the school.
- Collaborate with department heads and educators to ensure adequate resources are available for special needs students.
**3. Safety and Security**:
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure the well-being of students with special needs.
- Collaborate with relevant authorities to address emergency preparedness and response plans tailored to the specific needs of the student population.
**4. Transportation**:
- Oversee transportation services, ensuring that students with special needs are transported safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with transportation providers to address specific requirements for students with disabilities.
**5. Compliance and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records related to operations, safety, and compliance.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- Experience in school operations management, preferably in a special needs education setting.
