- **Ability to understand business requirements and come up with a solution design**:

- **Design, Development, and Implementation of ServiceNow customization including, but not limited to core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.**:

- **Hands on experience in Implementing CSM and FSM implementation**:

- **Perform advanced customizations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports etc.**:

- **Leading technical design sessions with the development teams, including the creation of class models, sequence diagrams, component models, etc., and detailed design specifications to ensuring that architecture standards are followed.**:

- **Responsible for defining technical evaluation criteria for product and technology selection and determining technical approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design.**:

- **Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and teams from customer’s end**:
