Roving Building Technician

The Roving Building Technician plays a key role in supporting the daily operations and maintenance of multiple properties. The technician is expected to possess basic electrical and plumbing skills, and will be responsible for conducting routine site inspections, reporting defects, and assisting with follow-up actions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform basic electrical and plumbing troubleshooting and minor repairs across assigned properties.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety concerns, and submit timely reports to the Management.
- Attend site appointments with contractors and service providers, and provide them with a clear brief of the issues identified.
- Monitor and supervise contractors during ongoing rectification works to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Carry out unannounced (surprise) checks on service providers to verify performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Assist with coordination of scheduled maintenance works and ensure mínimal disruption to residents or tenants.
- Maintain proper documentation of site visits, works carried out, and inspection findings.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical and plumbing systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with contractors and management.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently across multiple sites.
- Prior experience in property or facility management is an advantage.
- Class 3A driving license
