At WSA, we are committed create wonderful sound for all through our innovative hearing products and solutions. We are seeking a **Product Manager **to join our B2B Marking team and be responsible for overseeing private label projects and increasing customer satisfaction.

You will be specializing in private label customer projects, and play a crucial role in our organization, working closely with brand management and cross-functional teams to assess private label requests, collect product requirements from customers, and ensure clear communication of project scope and timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Private Label Roadmap Planning:

- Evaluate private label requests in collaboration with brand management and gather product requirements from customers.
- Communicate project scope and timelines clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Review and support ad-hoc requests to improve solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.

Project Management:

- Serve as the single point of contact for the program team, working closely with R&D and Operations to ensure on-time and on-quality project delivery.
- Prepare business plans to influence project decisions.

Process Improvement:

- Facilitate process improvement initiatives, reviewing and improving existing processes to increase project efficiency.
- Develop and implement new ideas, tools, and measures that contribute to the growth of our Private Label business.
- Support the development of hardware and software toolboxes that facilitate the fast and easy implementation of private label projects.
- 3-5 years of experience in project or product management experience with experience with of good project delivery.
- Solid understanding of product management principles and practices.
- Proficient knowledge of marketing management and brand management.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
