Singapore Chinese Swimming Club Full time

Main Duties

Manage the day-to-day administration and operations of the swimming department. This include but not limited to:
Collate, prepare, and submit monthly report.

Attend to enquiries on the Club’s Learn to Swim to Competitive programmes and activities.

Administer all billings to Members for swimming activities.

Assist swim coaches and programme coordinators with any set-up and take-down duties.

Maintain an inventory of swimming programs and sales record.

Provide secretarial/ administrative support to the Swimming Sub-Committee.

Liaise with vendors, sports fraternity and relevant third parties when necessary.

Pre-requisites

Diploma in Event Organisation/ Sports related discipline

Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision

2 years of relevant working experience

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
