**Job Descriptions**:

- Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements
- Coordinate, conduct or facilitate Health & Safety training activities and safety meetings.
- Work closely with site Operations Executives and Person in Charge at Projects on all Workplace Safety and Health issues.
- Assist to maintain company's system compliance through audits and documentation
- Liaise with Beijing HQ effectively, take charge of processing of incoming correspondences, distribution, follow-up, and response.
- Prepare for the reports that requested by Beijing HQ
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma or Degree in any discipline, background with safety and construction management
- Min. 2 years relevant experience in Building and Construction Industry is an advantage
- Good command of both English and Chinese is a must, with excellent proficiency in written Chinese (In order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates)
- Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability
- Able to start work on short notice
