Responsible for effective management and monitoring of tender and pricing related activities, and business analytics. Work closely with commercial teams, customer service and finance teams to identify and maximize business opportunities. Develop best practices and recommendations to improve tender, pricing, and business management.

**Tender Excellence**
- Develop best-in-class practices for tender management.
- Collaborate with commercial and various healthcare institutions for tender preparation and submission.
- Generate and maintain dashboards for reporting back to management on tender status, updates, processes, and recommendations.
- Create meaningful reports, maintain database integrity, and document internal procedures.

**Pricing Excellence**
- Lead and conduct annual price review across portfolios.
- Oversee all price lists and ensure prices are maintained in the applicable systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute pricing communications.
- Generate monthly pricing dashboards for reporting back to management, providing updates and recommendations.

**Business Analytics**
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Medical Device market to identify market trends, patterns and translate the data into actionable business insights.
- Support the Commercial team in driving and measuring business strategies and KPIs through analytics dashboards and providing meaningful recommendations.
- Prioritizes and manages multiple analytical or dashboard reporting projects to communicate timely and insightful sales and market analyses.
- Develop innovative analytics and pricing models that maximizes business opportunities, including but not limited to tenders, strategic new products introduction, business reviews.

**Ad-hoc Project Management**
- Assist in the creation of related analysis reports, strategic new initiatives, and projects.
- Support various projects initiatives by providing insights from tender and pricing management perspective.
- Supports internal and external inquiries and audits.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve, enhance systems and processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Sciences.
- Self-starter who takes initiative to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Open-minded, strong analytical capability and result oriented approach.
- Strong communication, multitasking, project management and presentation skills to influence stakeholders in a complex multi-market structure.
- Preferred experience in Healthcare or Medical Devices industry.
- Familiarity with SAP and Tableau will be an advantage.
