**[What the role is]**

ENGINEER, KPE/MCE MANAGEMENT

**[What you will be working on]**

a) Manage and oversee the maintenance of Air Condition and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) System and Fire Protection System (FPS) for KPE/MCE Tunnels ensuring that they are done in compliance with maintenance requirement specifications
b) Assist, review and coordinate the upcoming KPE/MCE asset renewal works for ACMV/FPS with the asset renewal team and to ensure that works are done properly and safely
c) Support on the preparation of the calling of the next maintenance contract when the existing one ends
d) Assist in the adoption of digital tools, e.g development of RPA programs, python programming and dashboarding / data analytics so as to streamline maintenance processes for the various E&M System

**[What we are looking for]**
- Knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the design, project management or maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system, or in heavy engineering plants would be an advantage
- Able to work independently and perform night works
- Highly motivated and dynamic
- Good leadership skills with strong analytical and communication skills
- Preferably with Class 3 Driving Licence
