**Responsibilities**:

- Provide execution-related advisory services for trading clients, offering advice on market conditions and financial market matters. Proactively handle clients' inquiries on trading-related matters.
- Ensure and facilitate the proper execution of trades for clients in an accurate and timely manner.
- Play an integral role in the growth and maintenance of real-time foreign exchange trading platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy business requirements into the workflow.
- Experience in development work in a team-based environment to deliver live production.
- Understanding all business systems, processes, and procedures.
- Monitor market movements to conduct risk control, oversee customers' risk parameters and margin exposures and implement measures such as margin calls or forced liquidation when necessary.
- Monitor and ensure clients' trade activities are always carried out in compliance with internal policies/ guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Perform initial diagnosis and investigation of trade rejection, and troubleshoot any technical inquiries with regard to trading platforms.
- Exception handling of trades during system downtimes. Identify and rectify performance bottlenecks.
- Proactive individual who is resourceful to provide alternative solutions for clients.
- Participate in the development and launch of new product offerings, trading systems, and other ad-hoc projects.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree and above preferably in the discipline of finance
- Preferred industry experience in FX front office matters (systems, risk management, liquidity aggregation, etc).
- Certifications in CMFAS M2A, M5, and M6A will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Fundamental and Technical Analysis in the Forex market.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work night/rotational shifts and on SG holidays.
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese due to frequent interactions with China HQ and Chinese-speaking clients
