Singapore CPG FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE LTD Full time

Reporting to the Building Manager, you will assist to provide guidance to a team of Technical Executives. You will be involved in provide facilities management services for our clients' site. This includes preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors. You will investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences. You may be required to supervise upgrading projects.
- Diploma / Degree in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent
- Min 5 years’ of relevant working experience
- Familiar with preparation of payment certificates and government procurement processes
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with mínimal supervision and perform under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service orientated mindset
